Produced in the Koura region of northern Lebanon, one of the country’s most respected olive-growing micro-climates. Each harvest reflects multi-generational agricultural knowledge, shaped by careful craftsmanship and respect for the land.
Extraction & Quality
Cold extracted at low temperatures to preserve flavour, aroma, and nutritional integrity. Early-harvest olives are selected for balance and character, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with low acidity and consistent quality in every bottle.
