Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During certain times - such as high traffic holiday seasons or unexpected extreme weather conditions - we might face potential delivery delays that could impact the stated delivery periods. We will strive to notify our customers with updates in case of such occurrences.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We charge AED18 flat rate shipping to all UAE destinations for all orders under AED250.

Free local delivery is offered for orders over AED250 within UAE.

Deliveries are done by our trusted carrier service providers between 10:00am and 10:00pm six days a week (Sundays excluded). Most of the times, you will be contacted via text message, phone call or Whatsapp with the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm your address and notify you of the timing of your order arrival.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SQOON EnTuned Solutions (FZC) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (or our trusted delivery partners) which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (for Domestic) 10 days (for International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@sqoon.co with your name and order number, and we will make sure to rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused/opened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@sqoon.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
