What is Emirates Skywards Everyday?
Emirates Skywards Everyday is a rewards programme that allows Emirates Skywards members to earn Skywards Miles automatically when shopping with participating partners, including SQOON.
How do I earn Skywards Miles on SQOON?
Simply register with Skywards Everyday, link an eligible Visa or Mastercard, and complete your purchase on SQOON using the linked card. Eligible purchases will automatically earn Skywards Miles.
How many Miles can I earn?
Eligible purchases on SQOON earn 1 Skywards Mile for every AED 3 spent.
When will Miles appear in my account?
Miles are typically credited after the transaction has been processed and verified. This may take up to 10 days depending on the payment network and transaction status.
Which payment cards are eligible?
Eligible Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards can be linked through the Skywards Everyday app.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. Transactions made using Apple Pay or Google Pay are eligible provided the underlying Visa or Mastercard has already been linked to your Skywards Everyday account.
Can I link multiple cards?
Yes. Skywards Everyday allows you to link multiple eligible payment cards to your account.
Do I need to register before shopping?
Yes. Your card must be linked before completing your purchase in order for the transaction to qualify for Skywards Miles.
Can I convert my Miles into cashback?
Yes. Eligible Skywards Miles can be converted into cashback through the Skywards Everyday app, subject to Emirates Skywards Everyday terms and conditions.
What happens if I refund or cancel an order?
If a qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled, the associated Skywards Miles may not be awarded or may be reversed.
Why haven't I received my Miles yet?
Miles may remain pending while a transaction is being verified or during an applicable refund period. If your Miles have not appeared after 10 days, please contact Emirates Skywards Everyday support.
Do Skywards Miles expire?
Yes. Skywards Miles earned through Skywards Everyday follow the standard Emirates Skywards programme validity rules and expiry policies.
A. General
- To participate in Skywards Everyday, Members must download the Skywards Everyday mobile application (“Skywards Everyday App”) from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store and sign in using their Emirates Skywards Account credentials.
- Members wishing to participate in Skywards Everyday and earn Skywards Miles, must link an Eligible Payment Card (as defined below), via the Skywards Everyday App following the instructions set out in the Skywards Everyday App (“Linked Payment Card(s)”).
- To earn Skywards Miles with Skywards Everyday, Members can link a maximum of five (5) Eligible Payment Cards.
- A maximum of five (5) amendments in total can be made to the Linked Payment Cards in any twelve (12)‑month period, the first twelve (12)‑month period commencing from the date the first payment card is linked within the Skywards Everyday App.
- Eligible Payment Cards must be linked via the Skywards Everyday App prior to making a purchase at Participating Outlets (as defined below) in order for such purchase to be eligible for Skywards Miles earning under Skywards Everyday.
- Emirates Skywards recommends that Members link their Eligible Payment Card via the Skywards Everyday App at least 24 hours prior to making your first purchase at a Participating Outlet to ensure that your purchase is recorded.
- Eligible Payment CardsVisa Eligible Payment Cards means all internationally issued payment cards bearing the Visa symbol in markets where Visa supports card linking.MasterCard Eligible Payment Cards means cards bearing the MasterCard symbol and issued in markets supporting card linking: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America. Payments made with Linked Payment Cards via Apple Pay or Google Pay are accepted.
- Ineligible Payment CardsSkywards Miles cannot be earned on transactions made using any of the following payment cards: Amex, Diners Club, retailer store cards or gift cards.All purchases made using a Linked Payment Card will be automatically tracked in order to calculate the value of Skywards Miles to be credited to the relevant Member Account.It is not possible to add Eligible Payment Cards to more than one Member Account within the Skywards Everyday App. In linking an Eligible Payment Card in the Skywards Everyday App, the Member confirms, warrants and represents that they are the registered cardholder or have obtained permission from the registered cardholder.By linking an Eligible Payment Card, and participating in Skywards Everyday, you as the Member agree to the Skywards Everyday Terms and Conditions, and authorize Visa and/or Mastercard (as the payment service providers) to, (i) monitor transactions on your Linked Payment Card(s), (ii) identify qualifying transactions, and (iii) share transaction details (such as participating merchant store, date, time and purchase value) with Emirates and Emirates’ relevant service providers in order to award eligible Skywards Miles. Members may opt‑out of transaction monitoring via the Linked Payment Card(s) at any time by clicking ’Remove Card’ against each Linked Payment Card on the Skywards Everyday App, after which no Skywards Miles shall be earned through transactions on such Eligible Payment Card.
- To cease participation in Skywards Everyday, Members must remove all Linked Payment Cards listed under the ‘My Cards’ section of the Skywards Everyday App. This must be done prior to deleting the Skywards Everyday App.
- Each Participating Outlet’s location data (according to Google Maps) published on the Skywards Everyday App is provided by the applicable Skywards Everyday Partner. Emirates Skywards is not liable for the accuracy of information displayed via Google Maps.
- Where a Participating Outlet is hosted online, the Skywards Everyday App may contain links and pointers to such internet sites maintained by third parties. Emirates does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on such third‑party sites. Third party links and pointers are included solely for your convenience, and do not constitute any endorsement by us. You assume sole responsibility for use of third party links and pointers.
- Emirates may amend, suspend, add to or remove any Skywards Everyday Partner and/or any Participating Outlet from the Skywards Everyday App from time‑to‑time. It is the responsibility of Members to check that any outlet or venue is listed as a Participating Outlet before making any purchase.
- By participating in Skywards Everyday, Members acknowledge and agree that Skywards Everyday Partners may share confirmation of any type of earning, redemption, refund or Points Conversion (as defined below) transaction (as applicable) under Skywards Everyday with Emirates, where required by Emirates for audit purposes or in the case of a customer dispute.
- Skysurfers are not eligible to participate in Skywards Everyday due to age restrictions. Eligible Payment Cards issued to Skysurfers can be added to their Parent/Guardian’s Member Account.
- Business Rewards accounts are ineligible to participate in Skywards Everyday.
- For the purposes of managing Skywards Everyday transactions and managing and operating the Skywards Everyday App and Members’ participation in the same, Emirates collects and uses certain personal information and may transfer such personal information to third parties who are Emirates’ service providers. Such personal information includes:Identity data, limited to full name, email address, date of birth, gender, country of residence;Emirates Skywards Account Information, limited to Emirates Skywards Account and tier status; Transactional data, limited to the date and time of the transaction, the transaction value and number of Skywards Miles earned or exchanged.

- Except where Emirates suspects any abuse, misuse or fraudulent activity, Emirates will not share any Member's personal data with Skywards Everyday Partners. Other than in such exceptional circumstances as outlined above, Skywards Everyday Partners will have access to anonymised transactional data only.
- The following terms shall have the following meanings:“Skywards Everyday Partner” means, as the context requires, an Earning Partner, Conversion Partner or Destination Partner either individually or collectively. “Earning Partner” means a third party provider of products, goods and/or services that is participating in Skywards Everyday, that (i) provides Members with the opportunity to earn Skywards Miles on purchases made at any of its Participating Outlets, and (ii) is listed on the Skywards Everyday App as such from time‑to‑time.“Conversion Partner” means a third party provider of products, goods and/or services that is participating in Skywards Everyday, that (i) provides Members with the opportunity to transfer or convert the loyalty points earned under its loyalty programme to Skywards Miles and/or to convert Skywards Miles to loyalty points under its loyalty programme, and (ii) as listed on the Skywards Everyday App as such from time‑to‑time. “Destination Partner” means a third party central legal entity (such as a mall, shopping centre, locality, economic zone or other collective organisation) that (i) is responsible for the ownership and/or operation of a retail location referred to on the Skywards Everyday App as a “Featured Destination” (or such other designation as Emirates may give from time‑to‑time), (ii) provides Members with the opportunity to earn Skywards Miles on purchases made at select Participating Outlets located within the applicable Featured Destination, and (iii) as listed on the Skywards Everyday App as such from time‑to‑time. “Participating Outlet” means an outlet of an Earning Partner or of a Destination Partner that (i) is participating in Skywards Everyday, and (ii) as listed on the Skywards Everyday App as such from time‑to‑time.
- The terms “Account”, “Member”, “Skywards Everyday”, “Skywards Miles” and “Tier Miles” shall have the same meanings given to them under the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules (link below).
- Skywards Everyday is a part of the Emirates Skywards Programme. Members’ participation in Skywards Everyday is at all times subject to these Skywards Everyday Terms and Conditions, and the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules and Emirates Privacy Policy.
- Emirates has the right to change the policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time, in connection with the offering under these terms and conditions with or without notice.
- Irrespective of any Redemption Offer (defined below) made by Emirates, all services, goods and products are provided to customers directly by applicable Skywards Everyday Partners via their Participating Outlets. Such Skywards Everyday Partners’ participation in Skywards Everyday shall not constitute an endorsement by Emirates of any such products, goods or services and Emirates is not involved in the delivery or provision of the same. Members availing such products, goods and/or services will be entering into a legal relationship with the relevant Skywards Everyday Partner. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emirates excludes all liability to any Member or other person of whatsoever nature in respect of any negligence, wilful misconduct, poor service or other breach of obligation arising out of the provision of, or failure to provide, products, goods and/or services by or on behalf of Skywards Everyday.
B. Skywards Miles Earning
- Skywards Miles can only be earned through Skywards Everyday via Earning Partners and Destination Partners at their Participating Outlets, as listed on the Skywards Everyday App.
- Members will earn 1 Skywards Mile for every AED 3 spent across all Participating Outlets except for grocery stores and pharmacies. Members will earn 1 Skywards Mile for every AED 5 spent at Participating Outlets in the grocery and pharmacy category.
- Where a Member selects to redeem Skywards Miles on an eligible purchase in accordance with section C. below, no Skywards Miles will be earned by the Member on such purchase on the value of Skywards Miles redeemed.
- Where a Participating Outlet is listed on the Skywards Everyday App as both an Earning Partner and as a Destination Partner, Members will earn Skywards Miles through both offers in accordance with these Skywards Everyday Terms and Conditions. The first set of Skywards Miles, earned via the Earning Partner, will be credited to the Member’s Account in accordance with paragraph 5 of this section B. The second set of Skywards Miles, earned via the Destination Partner, will be credited to the Member’s Account within 24 hours of when the first set of Skywards Miles are earned.
- Skywards Miles will be awarded in whole numbers only. The number of Skywards Miles awarded will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
- Skywards Miles earned for eligible purchases will be credited to the applicable Member Account after the transaction has been processed and verified by the payment network (Visa or MasterCard), which could take up to 10 days.
- Where select Participating Outlets offer a full refund under their own refund policy, Skywards Miles will only be credited to the Member Account (i) after the relevant refund period has expired, and (ii) if the relevant purchase has not been cancelled or refunded.
- Skywards Miles will be awarded based on the total Linked Payment Card spend value at Participating Outlets, excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes (including, without limitation, municipality imposed taxes).
- Skywards Miles will only be awarded for purchases where payment is made directly at the point of sale using an eligible Linked Payment Card. Skywards Miles may not be awarded where any other payment method is followed, such as where a Participating Outlet accepts payment via QR codes or online payment links. Skywards Miles are not eligible on purchases paid in full or part with cash, gift cards, store credit or in the case of exchange of products.
- In addition to the standard Skywards Miles earning proposition, Emirates Skywards and Participating Outlets may offer more than one incentive per transaction during promotional periods from time‑to‑time.
- On occasion, and/or subject to Participating Outlet offers, Emirates Skywards Tier Miles may be awarded where advertised on the Skywards Everyday App. Tier Miles will be calculated as per the details provided on the Skywards Everyday App.
- Skywards Miles are not eligible on select purchases or services as determined by Emirates Skywards or Earning Partners or Destination Partners, including but not limited to:online purchases, unless specified on the Earning Partner or Destination Partner overview within the app; andonline purchases from third party sites; and24 karat gold bars and coins.
- Members may earn up to a maximum of 999,999 Skywards Miles through Skywards Everyday per eligible purchase.
- In the event that any misuse, abuse, gaming or fraudulent activity is detected or suspected with respect to Skywards Everyday or the use of any Linked Payment Card, Emirates Skywards reserves the right to reverse any Skywards Miles credited to a Member Account and/or to suspend/disable such Member Account to prevent any future accrual of Skywards Miles. Emirates Skywards, Earning Partners and Destination Partners reserve the right to decline to award Skywards Miles for a purchase they detect as fraudulent.
- Where Skywards Miles have been credited to a Member Account erroneously due to a technical issue, error, mistake or malfunction, Emirates Skywards reserves the right to reverse any such Skywards Miles incorrectly credited.
- It is the responsibility of each Member to check that Skywards Miles have been earned for each respective eligible purchase. Where Skywards Miles have not been credited to a Member Account for an eligible transaction, Members are requested to contact the Emirates Contact Centre along with a copy of the credit or debit card payment receipt. In providing a transaction receipt to Emirates, the Member agrees to Emirates utilising the information contained in the transaction receipt solely for the purposes of validating and crediting missing Skywards Miles to the applicable Member Account.
C.Skywards Miles Redemption
- Emirates may from time‑to‑time offer Members the opportunity to redeem Skywards Miles for eligible purchases at Participating Outlets via the Skywards Everyday App (“Redemption Offer”). Members may redeem Skywards Miles via the Skywards Everyday App for purchases at Participating Outlets, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
- To receive Redemption Offers, the redemption option must be selected by the Member in the Skywards Everyday App prior to making an eligible purchase. Redemption settings can be updated via the ‘Profile’ settings on the Skywards Everyday App.
- Members can avail a Redemption Offer by engaging with the relevant push notification sent to the Member in respect of an eligible purchase, or via the ‘Statement’ page on the Skywards Everyday App by selecting the relevant pending transaction. Members can amend their notification preferences at any time via the ‘Profile’ settings on the Skywards Everyday App.
- To redeem Skywards Miles, a Member must have the required minimum number of Skywards Miles in their Account at the time of redemption. Redemptions start from as little as 500 Skywards Miles up to a maximum of 150,000 Skywards Miles per transaction. The minimum and maximum redemption amounts per transaction are subject to change at any time by Emirates at its sole discretion. Emirates does not provide any warranty or guarantee against the amounts required to carry out a redemption prior to any purchase.
- Where a Participating Outlet, offers refunds under their own refund policy, redemption offers will only be available to Members (i) after the relevant refund period has expired, and (ii) if the relevant purchase has not been cancelled or refunded. Where a partial refund is made, the Redemption Offer can only be availed in respect of the value of the purchase that is not refunded.
- Following completion of an eligible purchase and subject to paragraph 4 above of this section C., a Member will have 24 hours from receipt of the Redemption Offer first being made available to the Member to decide if they wish to earn or redeem Skywards Miles in respect of the purchase (the “Redemption Validity Period”). During the Redemption Validity Period, the payment card used to make the purchase must remain linked in the Skywards Everyday App. Emirates shall determine in its sole discretion whether a purchase is an “eligible purchase” for the purpose of redemption.
- If a Member does not avail a Redemption Offer in connection with an eligible purchase, the transaction shall be an earning transaction and the terms of section B. above shall apply. The Member will no longer have the option to redeem Skywards Miles in respect of any purchase once Skywards Miles are awarded.
- Skywards Miles will be redeemed in whole numbers only. The number of Skywards Miles redeemed will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Skywards Miles can be redeemed for the full value of the purchase (including VAT and any other applicable taxes (including, without limitation, municipality imposed taxes), or a Member may select to complete the purchase via a combination of Skywards Miles plus payment via a Linked Payment Card. Members will earn Skywards Miles on the portion of the payment made using a Linked Payment Card in accordance with section B above.
- The conversion rate of Skywards Miles to cash values in respect of any redemption shall be set and determined by Emirates and is subject to change at any time at Emirates’ sole discretion. Accordingly, the cash values quoted by Emirates are valid only at the time of redemption.
- The number of Skywards Miles redeemed will instantly be deducted from the Member’s Account upon successful redemption. All redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.
- The AED cashback value displayed to the Member at the time of redemption, in connection with the redeemed Skywards Miles will be refunded as a statement credit to the account of the Linked Payment Card used to make the applicable purchase. The statement credit will generally appear within 2 days of the date of redemption. The acceptance of a refund to the account of the Linked Payment Card is at the sole discretion of the issuing bank. If the bank does not permit a refund for any reason, Emirates shall credit the Member’s Account with the number of Skywards Miles redeemed by the Member in respect of the relevant transaction.
- It is the responsibility of a Member to verify that the statement credit for each redemption made by them is received. If the statement credit has not been received within 15 days of the date of the redemption, Members are requested to contact the Emirates Contact Centre along with a copy of the credit or debit card payment receipt. Skywards Miles do not have any cash value and cannot be gifted, sold, exchanged or redeemed by a Member for cash, prizes or credit, save as permitted by Emirates in accordance with the Programme Rules.
- Skywards Miles cannot be redeemed from My Family accounts.
- Where Emirates determines or has reason to believe that any Programme Misuse has occurred in connection with any redemption, Emirates may take such action as it deems necessary against such Member in accordance with the Programme Rules or as available to Emirates under applicable law. This is without prejudice to a Member’s rights under local law to receive a refund from a Participating Outlet for any lawful reason such as in respect of defective products. For the avoidance of doubt, Members shall not be entitled to a refund of Skywards Miles for any reason and such refund request must be directed to the applicable Skywards Everyday Partner and dealt with in accordance with their applicable refund policy
D. Loyalty Points Conversion
- If a Conversion Partner provides Members with the opportunity to transfer or convert points (or such other loyalty credits of the Conversion Partner) (“Points”) earned with the Conversion Partner to Skywards Miles (each a “Points Conversion”), any such Points Conversion shall only be valid if (i) the relevant Member is both an Emirates Skywards Member and a member in the Conversion Partner’s applicable loyalty programme, (ii) the relevant Member has linked an Eligible Payment Card in the Skywards Everyday App, and (iii) the Points held by a Member in the Conversion Partner’s applicable loyalty programme are transferred: (a) by the Member from an account held with that Conversion Partner in the Member’s own name (“Loyalty Programme Account”), and (b) into the same Member’s own Account (“Partner Linked Accounts”). Partner Linked Accounts must have an identical first name, surname and date of birth.
- If Emirates provides Members with the opportunity to transfer or convert Skywards Miles to Points through redeeming Skywards Miles under the Emirates Skywards Programme in exchange for Points (each a “Skywards Miles Conversion”) any such Skywards Miles Conversion shall only be valid if (i) the relevant Member is both an Emirates Skywards Member and a member in the relevant Conversion Partner’s applicable loyalty programme, (ii) the relevant Member has linked an Eligible Payment Card in the Skywards Everyday App, and (iii) the Skywards Miles held by a Member in the Account are transferred: (a) by the Member from an account held with Emirates in the Member’s own name, and (b) into the same Member’s Loyalty Programme Account (“Emirates Linked Accounts”). Emirates Linked Accounts must have an identical first name, surname and date of birth. “Points Conversion” and “Skywards Miles Conversion” shall herein after collectively be referred to as “Conversion” or “Conversions.”
- Only one Loyalty Programme Account can be linked by a Member to their Account at any time. A Member may de‑link their Loyalty Programme Account with their Account at any time. Members may link an alternative Loyalty Programme Account with their Account no more than once in any 12 month period, provided the Emirates Linked Account eligibility criteria is met.
- With respect to any Points Conversion, Emirates reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to (i) link a Member’s Account, or (ii) credit a Member’s Account, and/or (iii) cancel any Skywards Miles already credited to a Member’s Account, where Emirates has reason to believe that:the identity of a Member does not match the identity of the transferor;there has been an error, mistake or system malfunction;there has been a misrepresentation by a Member to the Conversion Partner or Emirates;there has been any fraudulent activity;the Member has committed, or has encouraged any other person to commit, any Programme Misuse;there has been any non sanctioned transaction (including, without limitation, any unauthorised sale or purchase of) of Skywards Miles by a Member; ora Member has engaged in any illegal activity, in connection with the transfer or conversion of Skywards Miles in a Member’s Account.
- A minimum of 100 Skywards Miles can be earned in a single Points Conversion transaction. A minimum of 2,000 Skywards Miles and a maximum of 150,000 Skywards Miles can be redeemed in a single Skywards Miles Conversion transaction. The minimum and maximum Conversion amounts are subject to change by Emirates at its sole discretion. Emirates does not provide any warranty or guarantee on the minimum and maximum Conversion amounts.
- The designated Points Conversion ratio and Skywards Miles Conversion ratio shall be determined by the relevant Conversion Partner and Emirates respectively from time to time.
- Each Conversion will take place instantly. Once Skywards Miles have been converted to Points, the Points will automatically be transferred to the Member’s applicable Loyalty Programme Account held with that Conversion Partner and once Points have been converted to Skywards Miles, Skywards Miles will automatically be transferred to the Members’ Account.
- Conversions cannot be cancelled, reversed or changed.
- For the management of Conversion transactions, including account linking and account verification, Members authorise Emirates and the relevant Conversion Partner to collect and transfer certain personal information, including transactional data, title, first name, last name, date of birth, email address, membership number, and Membership Tier. Emirates’ Privacy Policy shall apply to the use of Members’ personal information within Skywards Everyday, while the privacy policy of the relevant Conversion Partner shall apply to the processing of personal information within their application. Emirates is not responsible for the processing of personal information by the Conversion Partner, and Members are encouraged to review the Conversion Partner’s privacy policy for more details on their practices.
- It is the responsibility of each Member to check that Skywards Miles or Points (as applicable) have been credited for each respective Conversion. Where Skywards Miles have not been credited to a Member’s Account subsequent to a Points Conversion, Members are requested to contact the Conversion Partner’s customer service department and are required to provide supporting evidence of the relevant Points Conversion activity. Where Points have not been credited to a Member’s Loyalty Programme Account subsequent to a Skywards Miles Conversion, Members are requested to contact Emirates’ Contact Centre and are required to provide evidence of the relevant Skywards Miles Conversion activity. In providing the required supporting evidence to Emirates or the relevant Conversion Partner (as applicable), the Member agrees to Emirates and/or the relevant Conversion Partner utilising such information solely for the purposes of validating and crediting missing Skywards Miles or Points (as applicable).
- The relevant Conversion Partner’s terms and conditions shall also apply to each Points Conversion. The terms and conditions of the Conversion Partner’s loyalty programme also control the accrual, redemption and distribution of Points earned through that loyalty programme. Emirates shall not be liable for any loss, expiration, devaluation, or unavailability of Points issued by a Conversion Partner or for any disputes or claims arising from the use of Points issued under the Conversion Partner’s loyalty programme. Conversion Partners reserve the right to change their loyalty programme at any time without notice. Any such change may affect a Member’s ability to use the Points accumulated by such Member following a Skywards Miles Conversion.
