There are two ways to enjoy your H2Q: You can activate your pod by slightly lifting it upwards, which delivers an intense and flavorful aroma, accompanied by a satisfying bubbly sound from air circulation. Alternatively, you can deactivate your pod by pushing it all the way downwards, for a moderately tasteful experience with uninterrupted water flow. 🌟💧

Each H2Q pod contains a filament that's infused with high-quality natural scent extracts. These scents evaporate naturally when exposed to air, releasing their distinctive flavor aromas 👃

The frequency of pod changes depends on how often you use the bottle and whether you activate the pods or not. It's all about how long the pods are exposed to the air. On average, we recommend changing pods after about 7 bottle refills, but they can often last even longer! 🌟💧
